things normally needed to process an application
In order to get pre-approved, you must disclose some degree of personal information. This may include your name, address, date of birth, social security number, credit and income information, banking and investment information and any other information a lender may need to verify your ability to repay a major loan.
In order to apply, you will need to have a general knowledge of your income levels and job times. You may be asked for income documentation, such as pay stubs, W2 tax forms, bank statements, ect, so that you can be pre-approved with a solid sense of certainty. The quicker you can gather these documents, the quicker the pre-approval process will be.
Once you have provided the information and documentation needed, your credit and debt to income “ratios” will be reviewed to determine how much home you can afford and qualify for based on the average rates and programs offered at that time.
Once you are pre-approved and find a home, the official paperwork is submitted to the lender for underwriting. At that time, rates and programs are normally locked to protect you from any changes along the way. With a pre-approval and accepted contract on a home, your loan could be closed in 3-4 weeks!
So get started today on the pre-approval process. Its quick and easy, and I will do all I can to make it stress free and keep you informed along the way. I look forward to working for you!
