Ed Nailor has been a licensed mortgage professional in North Carolina since 2003. In August of 2008, Ed Nailor officially left the mortgage industry as a loan originator, but still stays informed and active in the mortgage world. Throughout his career, Ed Nailor was focused on honesty, integrity and providing clarity to home buyers and mortgage applicants across the Carolinas. His experience in working with hundreds of mortgage loan programs, all at wholesale rates, typically allowed him to offer better pricing and better service than the “big banks”.
