Little Help Available at Foreclosure
Attention Charlotte area home owners:
If you are behind on your mortgage payments 30, 60 or even 90 days, do not wait to ask for help! Often times as a
mortgage lender in Charlotte, I get calls from homeowners asking if I can help save their homes from foreclosure. In many cases, these homeowners have a good amount of equity they are at risk of losing. But once the notice of foreclosure is issued, it is very difficult to help them.
